The Rosslyn at Garden Oaks is the latest luxury apartment community to unveil in Houston’s Garden Oaks neighborhood, located just north of The Heights. While the sheer scale of the complex is impressive in and of itself, it’s the resort-style amenities that will really catch your eye. In true Hines fashion, no detail was left unnoticed. The Rosslyn boasts not one, not two, but three outdoor community spaces. And that’s not including the residents’ dog parks!
Up first? The resort-style pool, which our team performed all hardscape and landscape services for. Pavers adorn the entirety of the pool area and accompanying courtyards, adding continuity to the property. Towering palm trees hover over the space, enhancing the resort feel. Raised beds border the pool, each of which includes a variety of tropical and flowering plant varietals. It’s easy to picture yourself lounging at one of several surrounding private cabanas.
Two separate courtyards can be found on-site, where we installed artificial turf and landscaping elements that bring life to the property. Such elements include ornamental grasses, shrubs, and low profile-trees that enhance the outdoor grilling and dining areas found within the courtyards.
Lastly, our team handled all landscaping around the perimeter of the property, as well as built both dog parks. Pavers lead residents and guests alike into the private parking garage at the front of The Rosslyn, and large planters with beautifully draped plants welcome visitors to the front office.
