Hanover Autry Park is a premier residential high-rise community located in Houston, Texas.
The property features the luxurious finishes and upgrades Hanover is known for, both inside and outside. Our team led all hardscape and landscape efforts on this massive site, which was broken up into several phases: The first phase featured the installation of more than 66,000 square feet of vehicular pavers within and surrounding the Autry Park complex, all mortar set.
The second phase featured the build-out of the Level 24 amenity deck, featuring a pool, fire pit, grilling area and lounge space. Our team handled the pool decking, tile work and site furnishing installation in this space, as well as all irrigation, drainage and landscaping.
The third and final phase of the project highlighted a 14-acre heritage park within the complex, which is intended for commercial use and community events. Features of this site within-a-site include more than 8,000 square feet of pedestrian pavers, synthetic lawn, irrigation, drainage, a full landscape package, Corten planters and handrails, and an IPE planter bench.
