What is the most unusual or interesting part of your job?
The most interesting part of my job is the people I work with. Despite the wide range of ages—I’m 24, and some of the guys here are in their 70s—we all get along really well. It’s the strong communication and camaraderie that make working here enjoyable for everyone.
What is your favorite outdoor space?
The soccer field and Rodeo Houston. And Astros games!
What does it mean to you to be a solution-ist?
Being a ‘solution-ist’ means not accepting ‘no’ as an answer. Even when something seems impossible or like I can’t do it, I focus on finding a way to figure it out. It’s about problem-solving and pushing through challenges to get the job done.
