Ibraheem Aburumman
Project Manager
Ibraheem Aburumman joined our team in 2023, bringing with him many talents within the construction industry. His previous experience includes time spent managing flood control projects, hotel builds, and industrial work. Though he started as a project engineer, Ibraheem quickly moved into a project manager role, where he currently leads high-profile projects around the Houston area. Ibraheem’s strong work ethic and solutionist attitude personify the B&D mentality of what it means to Think Outside.
What is your favorite tree or plant?
A Mangrove because of the intricate root structure.
What is your favorite outdoor space?
The woods and mountains. I love hiking. I take my family out camping to detach from technology for a little bit; it forces everyone to communicate and bond. My uncle has a little ranch out in east Texas where we like to go and hang out on weekends. There aren’t really mountains there but a lot of trees.
What does it mean to you to be a solution-ist?
To be a solutionist means figuring out a solution to a problem instead of presenting a problem with no solution. If I’m facing a problem, I’ll go over to one of my teammates and we’ll put our heads together to figure out the best course of action. We’ll present the roadblock we’re facing to the client with a solution. I’m not the type that brings up a problem and just sits there and waits for a solution.
