Phillips 66 Headquarters
The Phillips 66 corporate headquarters is a striking 1.1 million-square-foot campus located in Westchase District in Houston, Texas. The expansive office space features impressive amenities, including: a yoga studio, spinning studio, basketball court, soccer field with a track, massage room, Men’s Wearhouse dry cleaner, on-site dentist and physician through Memorial Hermann Health System, plus two credit unions.
B&D was selected as the landscape construction partner. The $3.8 million scope included landscape and irrigation, and hardscape, including: pavers, stonework, IPE wood decking, and site furnishing. In order to deliver a quality outdoor solution, the exterior needed to match the immaculate interior of the building. Our team created beautiful “live-in” spaces on campus for work and play. Lush green landscaping, and relaxing courtyards with seating areas are spread throughout the campus.
Despite challenging time constraints, our team worked to meet all of the specifications outlined in the project scope on time and within budget. By highlighting nature and using our expertise to bring all the elements together, our team delivered multi-functional spaces that can be enjoyed by Phillip 66 employees and their visitors for years to come.
