Creating spaces that bring life to the outdoors is the heart of what we do. Our work at Stonecreek Estates, a neighborhood rec center in Richmond, Texas, is a testament to that mission. What started as two acres of flat, open prairieland in an up-and-coming Perry Homes community now boasts a pool, playground, pavilion, seating areas, and even a dog park. Our scope included civil work, storm drainage, grading, and utility installation, as well as the build-out of the recreational center itself.
Landscaping played a significant role in bringing the Stonecreek project to life. Over 50 trees, including Live Oaks, Bald Cypress, and Lacebark Elms, were planted, along with vibrant flowers like Knockout Roses and Golden Lantanas. A total of 500 plants and shrubs add lush greenery that complement the recreational amenities. Standout features like concrete ping-pong tables and cornhole boards add a playful, durable touch, ensuring the space remains welcoming for years to come.
With construction complete, Stonecreek is ready to serve its community as a place to relax, play, and connect. From the shimmering pool to shaded pavilions and open play areas, this recreational center truly offers something for everyone.
