Parkside Residences is one of Houston’s newest luxury residential communities. Located in Downtown Houston, the high-rise tower boasts premium amenities for its residents, such as work-from-home suites, conditioned storage units, and a covered pet oasis and grooming room. Discovery Green and Minute Maid Park are within walking distance of the property.
Of course, no luxury community is complete without breathtakingly beautiful outdoor spaces for relaxation and gatherings. And Parkside Residences is no exception.
Through a partnership with ANDRES Construction, the general contractor on the project, our team brought life to the outdoor spaces of Parkside Residences. Our work began on the ground level, where we installed all walkway pavers surrounding the building. In addition, new irrigation and drainage systems were installed before trees, tree grates, and landscaping was put in to complement the property.
Level 14 features a fully “decked-out” amenity deck. This “Social Terrace” includes gas grills, lounge furniture, and an outdoor fireplace. Incredible views are included at no extra charge. Our team handled all of the tile installation on this floor, as well as the addition of planters and landscaping, which added greenery to the space.
Third but not least, the Level 43 pool and lounge deck is one for the books. Offering views of Houston unlike any other, it’s the perfect spot to catch a peek of Minute Maid Park from above. On an adjacent side of the space, one can also view the Astrodome. Not surprisingly, the rooftop pool is the highlight of the floor. Our team laid all tile in this space and installed davit covers and planters.
